What is a leader? A leader is a person who has a clear vision, an inner drive and pertinent skills; and inspires and engages individuals, teams and communities towards the achievement of a goal. Your leadership effectiveness and business performance depend on your ability to meet goals and expectations; the quality of your conversations and group processes; and the character attributes and skills of individual leaders and their teams.

I work with a carefully selected group of partners in designing and delivering individual and group coaching, group facilitation and individual and group training services to achieve those commitments throughout North America. I specialize in working with leaders, teams and organizations in transition in both the private and public sector. I help young leaders in their 20’s and 30’s, as well as senior leaders in large companies and smaller entrepreneurial businesses.
